Why We Created This

Martin & Tammy here! When we were first managing Tammy's autoimmune condition, mealtimes became stressful instead of nourishing. We spent so much energy figuring out what we could eat that we barely had any left for actually cooking — or enjoying — our food.

FYI, I (Martin) am just a regular guy without any of the issues, but it still effects me in every way.
